Heidi Haen – Founder & Principal Consultant
Heidi Haen is an HR professional with over three decades of experience in human resources, staffing, and compliance. Having worked across industries and later co-owning a bridal boutique, she knows exactly where HR meets heart. Her approach blends professionalism with empathy—helping boutique owners create compliant, consistent, and caring workplaces that reflect the beauty of the bridal experience.
Our Story
At La Mariée HR Consulting, we understand bridal—because we live it. Our founder, Heidi Haen, brings over 30 years of experience in human resources, staffing, and compliance, along with hands-on ownership experience in the bridal retail world.
For the past four years, Heidi has co-owned a successful bridal boutique in Tulsa, Oklahoma, alongside her daughter. While her daughter manages the front-of-house bridal experience, Heidi oversees the HR, staffing, and compliance operations that keep the business running smoothly behind the seams.
Drawing on decades of corporate HR expertise and firsthand bridal business experience, Heidi founded La Mariée HR Consulting to help boutique owners like herself navigate the challenges of hiring, managing, and retaining great teams—while staying legally compliant and operationally strong.
